Functional, trauma-informed safety: not strictly physical strategies. Expanding and Implementing situational and self-awareness, understanding how to detect threats - ensuring safety for women. We build a safe environment to explore our beliefs, work through fears, and empower decisions and actions that improve overall safety and wellbeing. We continue to evolve as powerful women, and how we train to stay and feel safe should as well!
